Article 1. Purpose and Scope

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the members and the company regarding services provided by the Kingdom2048 game. These terms apply to all members who use the Kingdom2048 service. The company may amend the terms as necessary and notify members of any changes. Continued use of the service after changes are made implies that the member agrees to the revised terms.

Article 2. Definitions

  • ANOPIA: Kingdom2048: Refers to the Kingdom2048 game and related ancillary services operated by the company.

  • Member: Refers to a user who registers to use Kingdom2048 services by linking a Google or Apple account.

  • Silver: Currency within Kingdom2048 that can be used to purchase items or specific functions, earned as a game reward or through in-app purchases.

  • CLOCK: Currency awarded in Kingdom2048 as a special reward for specific in-game activities, which can also be used for certain features in the ANTTIME app operated by the company.

  • Hammer: A consumable item that can be purchased with Silver or acquired under certain conditions, used to remove obstacles within the game.

  • Social Feature: A social feature in Kingdom2048 that allows members to add friends and exchange Silver and Hammers.

Article 3. Account Creation and Management

  • Account Creation Requirements Members must create a Kingdom2048 account by linking a Google or Apple account and guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to the company during registration. The company is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from incorrect information, and service use may be restricted if false information is provided or if another person's information is used.

  • Account Security Members must keep their account information, especially login information and passwords, secure, and the company is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to do so.

  • Account Sharing Prohibition Members may not share or transfer their account to others. Violating this may result in restricted service use, account suspension, or other measures, and the company is not responsible for any damage incurred as a result.

  • Prevention of Improper Use and Sanctions Members may not use automated software, hacking programs, or other improper methods to use accounts, and if detected, the company may permanently suspend the account or take legal action. The company may monitor to prevent improper use and may take measures such as account suspension if improper activities are detected. Scores recorded and currencies obtained through improper activities may be fully reclaimed.

  • Account Recovery Policy If account theft, loss, or other issues occur, members can contact customer support for recovery procedures. Recovery is only possible if the member can prove their identity. Account recovery may not be guaranteed, and proof of identity must be submitted when requesting recovery.

  • Account Information Changes Members cannot change personal information such as email addresses and passwords but can log out and log in with a different account. The company is not responsible for any problems arising from incorrect change requests.

  • Account Termination Members may terminate their account at any time, and upon termination, any remaining currencies (Silver and CLOCK) and in-game data will not be recovered, nor will any compensation be provided. Upon rejoining after account termination, previous game data and rewards will not be restored.

Article 4. Ad Viewing and Rewards

  • Ad Viewing Options The company provides an option for members to receive rewards after watching ads within Kingdom2048. Ad viewing is voluntary, and rewards may include certain game items, Silver, or additional game opportunities.

  • Reward Conditions Rewards are automatically granted by the system after the member watches an ad. If rewards are not granted due to network issues or other problems, the company is not obligated to provide the rewards but may offer support through customer service if necessary.

  • Reward Limits Rewards obtained through ad viewing may be limited to a certain number of times, and the company reserves the right to change or limit the number of ad views and rewards.

  • Ad Content and Quality Ad content displayed in Kingdom2048 is managed by third-party ad providers, and the company does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or quality of the ads. The company is also not responsible for any issues arising from clicking on external links shown during ad viewing.

  • Prevention of Misuse Members must not use automated software or abnormal means to repeatedly obtain rewards after viewing ads. Violations may result in service restrictions, account suspension, or other sanctions.

  • Ad Data Processing Some data may be collected by ad providers when members view ads. Ad provider data collection policies follow the privacy policies of the ad providers, and the company is not responsible for this.

Article 5. Service Provision and Changes

  • Service Provision Through Kingdom2048, the company provides game content, item purchases, social features, etc. The company may adjust or suspend service provision time according to operating conditions and will notify members in advance of any actions taken.

  • Service Changes The company may change part or all of the service as needed, and major changes will be notified in advance through the service’s notices. The changed service content takes effect immediately, and members must use the service according to the changed terms.

  • Temporary Suspension and Service Disruptions The company may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, server checks, or other operational needs, and will notify members in advance if possible. In emergency situations, the company may suspend the service without prior notice, and notifications will be provided after the service resumes.

Article 6. In-App Purchases and Refund Policy

  • In-App Purchases In-app purchases in Kingdom2048 follow the payment policies of each platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.), and payment is made with the member's confirmation. Members should thoroughly review the terms and conditions provided before making a purchase and verify the payment after completing it.

  • Refund Limitations Purchased Silver cannot be refunded according to company policy, and members must be aware of this before making a purchase. The company does not accept refund requests for purchased currencies, and refunds are only possible if allowed by platform policy.

  • Refund Requests If a payment error occurs, members may contact customer support, submit proof of payment, and confirm refund eligibility. In certain cases, refunds may not be possible, and the company retains authority over such decisions.

Article 7. User Obligations

  • Prohibition of Unfair Actions Members must not use automated programs, hacking programs, or other unauthorized methods to obtain Silver or CLOCK or alter in-game data. If improper activities are detected, accounts may be suspended, and currencies may be deleted, with possible legal action.

  • Prohibited Actions Members are prohibited from the following actions, and violations may result in service restrictions:

    • Use of automated software or hacking tools

    • Abuse of Kingdom2048’s economy system

    • Attempting to steal or illegally trade another person’s account

  • Nickname and Profile Rules Members may not set inappropriate nicknames or profile images, and using inappropriate nicknames may result in warnings or account restrictions. The company may review members’ nicknames and profiles, and offensive content may be removed without prior notice.

Article 8. Regulations on In-Game Currency and Item Usage

  • Currency Ownership and Usage Restrictions Silver and CLOCK obtained or purchased in Kingdom2048 are for personal use only and cannot be traded or transferred outside the game. The company reserves the right to monitor the fair use of currency within the service and may recover any improperly or illegally obtained currency.

  • Item Usage and Expiration Consumable items such as the Hammer can be used during gameplay, and they are consumed upon use. Unused items may expire without prior notice due to gameplay circumstances or updates. Silver cannot be refunded once used, and spent currency cannot be recovered.

  • Currency Reclamation and Adjustment Rights The company reserves the right to reclaim currencies or items given improperly due to system errors and to take appropriate measures. If improperly obtained currency is used, the corresponding currency and items may be recovered.

Article 9. Service Changes, Temporary Suspension, and Termination

  • Service Changes The company may modify or improve parts or all of the Kingdom2048 service as necessary and will notify members in advance of major changes. Temporary service interruptions may occur during updates or improvements, and the company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these interruptions.

  • Service Termination The company may terminate the Kingdom2048 service due to management or operational needs and will provide notice to members at least 30 days before the termination date. Remaining Silver or items will not be refunded upon service termination, and currencies and game information cannot be restored after the service ends.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

  • Company Exemption The company is not responsible for the use of currency (Silver and CLOCK), items, or data loss within the Kingdom2048 service unless the issue results from intentional or gross negligence by the company. The company makes every effort to correct technical defects or errors in the service and is not responsible for any limitations in service usage caused by unexpected system failures or network issues.

  • Member’s Liability and Indemnification Members are obligated to indemnify the company for all liabilities and damages resulting from their violation of these terms. If a member causes damage to another member, the member is responsible for resolving the issue, and the company is not responsible for this
